If a bottle, container, or packaging item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refill Request Cancellations

You can cancel a refill request any time before it is confirmed by our team. Once a delivery is on its way, cancellations are handled case by case — just call us and we'll do our best to help.

Refunds

Since most orders are paid on delivery (Cash or M-Pesa), there's usually nothing to refund unless payment was already made. Where a refund is due, it will be processed back to the same M-Pesa number used for payment.
